- All water activities, including swimming, are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
- The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of weather conditions or safety requirements.
- Rates include VAT as per Italian law, boat rental, professional skipper, hostess, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, soft drinks and standard fuel consumption for the selected itinerary
- Restaurant expenses, personal extras and entrance fees (such as Blue Grotto, Emerald Grotto, etc.) are not included
- Any route extension or additional cruising time will be quoted separately
- Itineraries may vary depending on weather conditions and Port Authority regulations
- All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation
- Rates are based on an average fuel price of €2.10 per liter. In the event of fuel price fluctuations exceeding 10%, adjustments may apply

- Up to 15 days before departure: full refund
- From 14 to 3 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before departure: no refund
In case of adverse weather conditions (strong wind or rough sea affecting safety) the tour will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Light rain is not considered adverse weather and does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
